The Office of Code Enforcement does not share personal information submitted here as part of the investigation or abatement process, however; any information submitted via this portal is subject to Kentucky’s Open Records Law as defined by KRS 61.872.

 

While it is not required that you provide your personal information to submit a complaint, Code Enforcement must have your name and/or phone number if you would like to provide additional information or if you would like to call and request updates. 

 

Complaints may also be made in person at Marion City Hall or by calling Code Enforcement at 270-704-0054.
